Developing large, remote, and inter-team working skills

Managing large 'teams', remote teamwork and interdependent teams have particular challenges which differ from smaller intact in-person teams.

These experiential learning activities allow the learning focus to be on these specific challenges.

As teams are ever expanding, changing, and working remotely, we need to adapt and modify the way in which we work. Sometimes we may want to get larger groups together and focus on rehearsing how interdependent teams work together; or to simulate a virtual workplace and develop an understanding of how to to work and develop teamwork with a larger group, some of whom might not have face to face interaction, but are dependent on one another.
