The manual is useful actually, just had a quick look through. Some of the exercise I ‘ve seen/used before but there are some new ones too. I like some of the analytical/review content particularly. (Posted on 07/10/2015)

I am really interested in experiential learning and have been a facilitator of learning and development over the past 20 years .

I was therefore really interested in the manual and have enjoyed looked through it. I have previously used some of the exercises, or variations thereof, and the others do provide useful activities for learning as well as inspiration for further creative ideas.

I like, for instance, the action planning form (loosely resembling a spiders web layout) with the domain mapping. It is a refreshing revision of a more traditional form and has a greater visual impact. The variety of team enhancement and communication activities have the potential to be very effective. The manual is comprehensive and very well presented.

I am cognisant of the marketing opportunities for RSVP of offering a document for free, nevertheless I am truly very grateful for the opportunity to receive such a valuable resource.
