The Matrix activity offers opportunities to explore the effectiveness of different reporting systems within an organisation. It also offers the chance to model organisational networks and flows of information or resources around them. Matrix involves working within a collaborative system in which every individual has a specific target that can only be achieved through co-operation with others.

This webinar explores learning objectives of the activity, set up stages and process of the activity. It looks at how to set up networks that match your needs and how to take the activity into next level.

Webinar lead by Matrix activity designer Dr. Geoff Cox (Co-founder and Design director of RSVP Design).

The multiple-choice test has been with us virtually unchanged since 1915. Learning Loops has been developed to take advantage of all that's good about multiple choice tests but overcome some of the limitations, including their use for assessment rather than learning.

The process was originally developed by RSVP Design to create a physical playing card-based game, used in experiential learning activities such as Cultural Connections.

Testing can be a valuable process as well as a (dreaded?) assessment process. This is the first demonstration of our new online (beta) version - offering the ability to instantly publish and measure tests & assessments across mobile and other devices.

Learning Loops is a patented but customisable process that provides a more useful & engaging way to test people on what they know, rather than standard multiple-choice tests

This free webinar will explore the features of the new Learning Loops App, and how it can be used to quickly build tests that can be used to help people learn, as well as to be used as a robust assessment tool.

Developing resilience through effective stress management is fundamental to enhancing emotional intelligence. The concept of resilience is a metaphor used in psychology, yet it can vary widely from individual to individual, fluctuate from day to day, and be context specific. For these reasons, resilience can be difficult to assess and measure.

RSVP Design partnered with Robin Hills of Ei4 Change to create an activity - Images of Resilience - to help raise awareness of situations and issues that affect resilience for each individual and team. Robin is an expert on emotional intelligence and we are delighted to have him present his use of Images of Resilience to you.

This webinar explores different aspects of resilience in the workplace viewed from an individual or team perspective. It will look at how metaphors represented by images, and underpinned with coaching techniques, enable people to describe resilience in their own way leading to cathartic insights and long term learning.

"What's terrific about working with people at RSVP Design is their willingness to problem- solve with you. They go the extra mile to help you find, or refine, existing products that will help you design Wow! into your educational experiences. So helpful and easy to work with."
